3. Another requirement for the FSSAI license renewal is completing Form No. IX-Form For Nomination Of Persons. It is the company's responsibility to complete the Form in the prescribed format.
4. the designated signatory signs a statement attesting to the food business's compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, hygiene standards, and sanitary practices. Additionally, as well as any new regulations that an approved person or organisation may periodically issue, all FBOs must abide by the Guidelines in Schedule 4 of the Registration and Licencing Regulation published by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.
